Effects of stretch
Stretch has many effects. First of all stretch after exercise, this stretch make blood circulation smooth and help body recover fatigue, moreover, prevent me from injuring. Next, fatigued muscle in exercise or our daily life becomes flexible to stretch muscle. Finally, stretch has effect that prevent me become sports injury, backache and stiff neck. It is important to continue these stretches, and you can gain effect to continue.

You should stretch these situations.
1. Situation that you’re relax.
Effect rises to relax.

2. You should stretch in warm condition.
If your body is warm, you can gain more effect.

3. You shouldn’t stretch when you injure.
You shouldn’t stretch when you injure in case your injury become worse.

4. You do not over do it.
You should fit your stage because you have possibility to hurt your muscle, tendon and nerve.

As you can see, there are many soybean foods now. Do you know most of them are good things for your health? For example, protein that is contained in soybean foods is thing which can not take other things, and it’s said that it has effect about heart disease, bone and hormone. At first natto contain much dietary fiber which is peculiar soybean foods. This thing is good for our bowel.
