Soybean foods
As you can see, there are many soybean foods now. Do you know most of them are good things for your health? For example, protein that is contained in soybean foods is thing which can not take other things, and it’s said that it has effect about heart disease, bone and hormone. Here, I explain a natto which is the most famous soybean foods.
Natto
At first natto contain much dietary fiber which is peculiar soybean foods. This thing is good for our bowel. Moreover, natto contain vitamin K and protein that is important for our health and “isohurabon” has effect against long life, osteoporosis and a menopausal disorder. Especially, “natto kinaze” notice all over the world. This has effect that blood become smooth. Let’s eat natto and soybean foods.
